These terms govern your use of wadescarefirst.com. By using the website you agree to them. They do not replace the consent, financial and telehealth agreements you complete as a patient.
Website content is not medical advice
Information on this website is educational and general. It is not a substitute for a clinical evaluation, and reading it does not create a provider–patient relationship. Care is provided only after you book a visit, complete intake and are seen by a licensed clinician.
Emergencies
This website and the practice are not emergency services. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
Telehealth and location
Telehealth visits are available only to patients physically located, at the time of the visit, in a state where the treating clinician is licensed. Some conditions require in-person evaluation, and the clinician will tell you when that is the case.
Medications
Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that any specific medication, including a controlled substance, will be prescribed. Treatment decisions follow a clinical evaluation, your history, applicable state and federal requirements and the clinician’s independent judgment.
Pricing
Posted self-pay prices cover the Wade's Care First professional visit. Laboratory, imaging, specialist, pharmacy and other third-party services are billed separately by the provider of that service when applicable. Insurance coverage varies by plan and state and is verified before your visit.

Scheduling, the patient portal, secure messaging and review platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

The Wade's Care First name, logo and website content are the property of Wade's Care First Nurse Practitioner Services LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
